A chunky recycled silver heart created through sandcasting where molten silver is poured into a mould made in delft sand. I added a yellow sapphire to the casting process and the stone broke as the metal hit it creating this unique piece - a broken sapphire better than a broken heart x
I try to give multiple options with some of my work and this pendant also gives you the option to wear it the other way round as a plain silver heart.
